:(WELL I HAVE A QUESTION I DO EXERCISE 3 TIMES A WEEK CYCLING CLASES FOR 30 TO 45 MINUTES I DO SOME WEIHGTS IM LATIN SO I HAVE A LOT OF HIPS AND BUTT IM 5[6 TALL 127 POUND AND WANT TO LOOSE SOME POUNDS OF MORE LIKE 10 POUNDS IM HAVING CARBOLIZER AS A SUPLEMENT DOES THIS WORK.
I EAT HEALTHY CARBS LIKE VEGGIES MOST OF THE TIME AND PROTEINS.
HOW CAN I DO THIS , WHATS THE RESULTS OR WHAT DOES WINSTROL DO I WAS WONDERING IN TO TAKING THIS TO LOOSE WEIGHT , FAT AND TONE UP, IS IT TRUE TAHT IF YOU TAKE THIS PRODUCT YOU CANT HAVE KIDS?
SHOULD I CHANGE THE EXERCISE THAT I DO SHOULD I DO MORE DAYS .
WILL VERY GRATEFUL IN THE PIC IM THE ONE IN THE ORANGE BATHING SUIT

Winstrol is used while cutting but it's only used to maintain muscle while you drop fat. Typically when you cut you lose a small amount of muscle with the fat that your cutting off.. Say I was cutting and my ratio was 1lb of muscle loss per every 4 - 5lbs of fat.. if I took winstrol it would be more like .5lbs of muscle loss per every 4 - 5 lbs of fat. It's not a significant difference but it is a difference. This figures were just estimates.
Basically you don't use winstrol unless your an experienced body builder.
How does your diet look?
What do you eat all day? at what times of the day do you eat what? do you do any core training routines / calisthenics? What kind of weight training do you do?

I NORMALLY EAT BREAKFAST AT 9:00 AM EGGS OR HAM AND SOME BRAN CRAKERS OR LOW FAT YOUGOURT
THEN AT 1:30PM AT LUNCH NORMALLY PROTEIN BEEF OR CHICKEN AND VEGGIES LETTUCE, TOMATOS, EGGPLANT
THEN HAVE DINNER AROUND 8:00PM AGAIN PROTEIN WHITH VEGGIES OR JUST PROTEIN
ON WEKKENDS I ADD SOME CARBS LIKE PASTA OR OTHER CARB
HEY WHAT DOES CLENBUTEROL DOES IS IT TO LOOSE FAT?
WHAT OTHER PRODUCTS CAN HELP ME LOOSE FAT.
I WAS THINKING DOING A LIPOSUCCTION OR GET MESOTHERAPHY WHITH L CARNITINE

Before using all that stuff you really got to get that diet in check. Your only eating 3 times a day that is one part of the problem.. also if your portions are very small and your only eating 3 times a day you may be lacking calories needed causing your body to store fat thinking its starving.
You need to eat 6 - 8 times a day. small portions and figure out how many calories you should be intaking. Check out some of the information in the nutrition section of the forum. Look at some of the diets and information there.
A majority of your calories should be coming from healthy carbohydrates such as wheats oats fruits vegetables.
Protein should be coming from fish, chicken, yams, sweet potatoes... Some kind of protein supplement.

BTW you have a nice frame. Starting structure of a physique that you could perfect down the road, basically you have some good genetics and that could take you pretty far.
FYI - your body is like a machine. Your body will digest the nutrients you consume every 2 - 3 hours or so.. So you should be feeding it small portions 6 - 8 times a day. your metabolism slows down when you only eat 3 meals per day.
