|
I was repping about 75lb dumbell curls with a great pump and no pain. Just recently my muscle(not bones or ligaments) are starting to feel an uncomfortable pain. I moved up in weight rapidly but now I cant even do 2 reps without this pain coming back. I rested my bis for about 2 weeks but I am still feeling pain.
I know this is a steroid section but I am currently on a cycle. Do you think my muscles got to big to fast. What do you guys recommend?
Thanks |

I get pains in my forarms like on the sides basically it's like a shin splint but it's in the forarms! hurts like a mother! It comes and go's it blows that is why it's always good to have some vicoden or perks around lol! because you fn need them after a work out that involves pressing OR just a arm work out! |

Thanks GNB shin splints is the perfect way of describing the pain. Should I work through the pain or will that be a negative effect by causing atrophy to the muscles?
Injections in my hand? No I didn't inject directly into my hands. Didn't quite understand what your asking. |

But if you can take awhile off or try to do exercise that don't flare it up as much for me it was concentraion curls hammer curls anything but ez bar curls etc. bench press hurt it bad decline press incline press but dumbells were fine! so i worked around it also |

I get the same pain sometimes on my left upper forearm. It might be because the muscle fibers might heal wrong at one point so when you lift the scar tissue that accumulates will pull and thats the pain you feel. I get it doing curls but not doing bench. If thats it you will most likely need deep tissue massage to break up the scar tissue and re-heal it with therapy. Deep tissue will hurt really bad but GetnBig I saw your pictures of that infection you took out so it wont be anything for you. |
