yeah that is just 4oz when i go out to eat it's the 20oz steak atleast! outbacks 32oz is nice tho. hehehe. _________________ The man ontop of the mountain didn't fall there..... |

Hi, just started getting into improving my body and have a few questions about meals. I am 39 and 6'3", 220lbs. I am trying to fill out some but stay lean. Do you have any good meal plans off that weight. Thank you. |
