im 16 years old and i need help ive been constantly going on crah diets that eventually led to me being in the hospital 9 times can some one please help me find a fast fast way to lose weight !! im sick of making my self sick _________________ monica |

What works for me When i diet down for a comp. IS eat 6-7x a day and 2-3 are usually shakes. then the meals usally are like
egg whites and oat meal
chicken breast brown rice
chicken breast brown rice
fish and veggies
drink a ton of water and work out everyday! i lift5x a week and cardio 6-7x a week! that and take a fat burner like hydroxycut or stacker2 that will help shed fat! DIET is the key to loseing fat and if you stick to the diet above that will help ALOT! but don't forget to work out like crazy! |

get n big..i have seen it said many times that people eat egg whites n oatmeal....do u scramble the whites n eat the oatmeal with milk or wat???
oatmeal might be a different thing t what im thinkin of so could ya jus set me straight

I hard boil my egg whites. and eat the oat meal cooked put some splenda in it for a little flavor and i add cinamon also. |

so is oatmal kinda like flapjack??
