Just a reminder to anyone still collecting pieces for their home gym that January and February are really good times to start checking the Buy & Sell papers for used training equipment.
All those fat lazy slobs who asked for a weight bench or treadmill for Christmas are just starting to realize - "Oops, I am a fat lazy slob and I'll never use this equipment." Also people who are swimming in credit card debt after the holidays are looking to unload unused possesions to get some quick scratch.
I just picked up 265lbs in steel plates (4x50, 4x10, 4x5, 2x2.5), an EZ curl bar and two dumbbells for $100. Let me know if you find any steals. _________________ Is it wrong to be strong? |

If you're getting them from out of state, I hope USPS doesn't charge by the pound. _________________ Is it wrong to be strong? |

Instead of using bulky weights and equipments, I bought Bodylastics resistance bands. I've been using them for about a year now and the results are really great. Their quality is far superior than any other bands. I've been using them and they didn't lose their resistance. |

In 2006, Nautilus released the Bowflex Revolution with a completely new design and new resistance technology. The new model uses circular plates containing coiled straps around a cam which can interlock in place of the polymer rods. Nautilus claims that the new system makes the machine easier to use than its predecessor. It has more adjustments to accommodate different sized users and provides a larger variety of exercise variations. _________________ toy story 2
