Ok here we go lol..
I'm 17 5"10 and I started going to the gym for 2 months ( from October to November) and gained considerable amount of weight ( I was 106 and now I'm 130 ) but I stopped going since the first week of December ( due to injury and Christmas holidays). Since then I've slacked off a bit on the eating part but I picked back up and have been doing push-ups and eating and sleeping. I'm planning to go back to the gym the first week of january and won't stop till next year.
My work-out routine during my time at the gym was something like this:
Monday- chest 3 sets of 12- flat bench press, incline,decline(15KG)+ back 3 sets of 12- pull downs ( 180Lbs),
Dead lifts same sets( 15KG)
Tuesday- rest
Wednesday- chest( same as Monday) + biceps 2 sets of 10- bicep curls, preacher curls
Thursday-rest
Friday- shoulders 3 sets 12 of military presses( dumbbells 25Lbs ) , shrugs 2 sets 10 ( 25Lbs dumbbells). Legs- squats 3 sets of 12 ( 15KG), leg presses 3 sets of 10 (180 Lbs) Triceps- triceps pullbacks 3 sets of 12 (20 Lbs) , tricep dips - max
Saturday-rest
Sunday-rest
Back to Monday, but i alternate my routine so that my body don't get used to the same things for example:
Monday now would be chest+ biceps
Tuesday-rest
Wednesday-chest+ shoulders
Thursday-rest
Friday- triceps+ legs
Saturday-rest
Sunday-rest
My eating habits are good- I consume 3,000 clories everyday. I drink a lot of water which is important and eat 4-5 times a day. with every meal I drink some soy milk because it's good in protein. idk lol I just eat, eat and more eat till I get tired niggaritus
