Yeah, I'm 14 years old, new to this site, new to working out really. I'm about 5'9" and weigh 178. I max out bench at 185 and do 6 reps of 160 when I'm benching. Haven't benched for a good 2-3 weeks and have no access to one. What I'm just trying to accomplish is getting ripped. Not really gain lots of strength just yet, just get 'cut' abs, biceps, etc. I want results in 1 month by the very least. Don't care about legs either just now, I just wanna get 'ripped' upper body for now.
Any excercises, etc. I can do? I have no access to the Gym or a bench. Just 12 pound dumbells.
Please support info, thanks. |

Its not possiable to be new to lifting at the age of 14 and being able to bench over 150.
But just bench in reps of 8 10 or 12 (preference) and do a few sets, and bench just 2 times a week maybe 3-4 days apart.
But you can't really do anything with 12 lb dumbells, except dumbell flys.
Try that, but standing up, or laying down. It will probably be to easy for you =\ |
