Hey guys. Im 17 years old 5'7 130. My bench is 135 8 reps. I've been lifting for quite some time and taking Weight Gainer 2200 gold trying to get my weight up. I havent had a forum to go to. So just stopping by the say hello to everyone. Ive been reading for a bit but havent posted yet so figured I should.
