Pretty sure there is not a pill form of protein so not sure what you are thinking. Optimum Nutrition has good protein, BSN syntha-6 is good too. I like Dymatize proteins as well. Get your protein from foods first and shakes second. I get body fortress protein because it is cheap and I feel that those other ones are far too expensive and really not that much better. |

You dont need any of that brand name stuff mate, if you can find a bulk supplier for unflavoured protein powders then i suggest you get that but Optimum nutrition has some nice flavours if you dont mind spending more money. _________________ My ''NEW'' forum:

It’s called “Natural Oats and Whey” and is the newest whey protein (more info on whey protein here) product to hit Optimum Nutrition’s protein powder lineup. This is why I like Optimum, they design supplements that people want to use. When I saw this I immediately thought – what a good idea. This is not some gimmicky “gain 20lbs of muscle in 3 weeks” supplement, it’s natural, healthy, and can be used as a meal replacement or post workout drink for people looking to build muscle or lose weight |
