IM A BIG GUY AND WANT TO FILL IN MY ARMS AND SHOULDERS AND CHEST. AT THE SAME TIME CUT WEIGHT SO IM NOT LOOKING TO LIFT HEAVY. MY CARDIO I BOX, BUT WHAT TYPE OF WEIGHT LIFTING SHOULD I BE DOING ANY ADVICE WILL HELP THANK YOU.. IM 6'2 266LBS
