HCG Diet

Everything I read about HcG is that it only last a few weeks in the fridge if I purchase 10000 IU of it and mix it up and keep it in the fridge covered with foil will it last the entire 43 days?

Get 2 x 5000 iu's of it mate.
You can keep unmixed hcg in the fridge for ages so just mix up one at a time.
Mix it with bac water too.

Is it cool to inject into your thigh? Do you also need to at aspirate before you inject?

Ye, you can inject into any muscle at all (except your heart).

You should always aspirate mate,
What pin are you using, insulin??

Nah, way to big mate.
Go with an insulin pin and mix 5000iu's with 12.5ml of bac water, that will give you 25 shots at 200iu's per shot (25 days)

Why use spears when you can just use slin pins.
I'd go with triceps, biceps and trap shots!!

Really 12.5 one site i went to reference said 28.5 cc of sterile water. but i see now that makes 28 doses. but 12.5 you say. is that including the 1 cc of bac water you need to mix into the HCG?

All you need to do it exactly what i did buddy.
Get one bottle of bac water, waste some so you have 12.5ml left.
You now have 12.5 ml of bac water, draw some up and mix the hcg in the amp with it, now draw the hcg up and put it in the bac water bottle.

Now you have 12.5ml of hcg, now you use insulin pins which are .5ml per syringe, every .5ml of fluid = 200iu's of hcg.
Thats 25 days of fat loss!!

thanx that it is whole lot easier. I actually have insulin pins already, now lets hope where I bought the hcg from is legit

Nah thats fine mate, just draw up .5ml into it and it'll do.

You sure its 1ml??

No worries I just had the box, i guess I used all the pins but the box said 1cc/ ml I'll look into buying some more

But dark greens eat as much as you want (brocoli is one of the best for this, I recommend steamed).
• Eat your food slowly with each mouthful taking 30 seconds. Pause your eating half way through for 5 minutes. Your body needs ten minutes to tell your mind it is full. Remember....eat slow.
• Go for a one hour walk five days a week. This does not need to be a power walk but a faster pace will help. If possible, carry some light 2 pound dumb bells.
• The ultimate tip to eventual success: regular exercise and a balanced diet. Add one cheat day to your diet to rid yourself of cravings.
