I am a mma fighter, and im pretty strong, but i wanna be damn strong. Im looking for routines that can get me strong and keep me lighter.
I am more or less a power/endurance lifter usually. i need some strength training tips.
Im also taking NO SHOTGUN at the momment, and i would like to know what are good supplements to take , to keep recovery and strength up and increasing, but excess bulk weight down. I have to stay on the lighter side. |

Your rep range should be 1-6 for max strength and 15 or higher for endurance. Your sport relies a lot on your ability to move your body weight around fast and for long periods of times. Use your body weight for your endurace exercises.... Squats, pushups, pull ups (preferably kipping/butterflies).
For power you should focus heavier weight involving fast twitch lifts.... Cleans, snatch, push press etc. Allow adequate time for rest and recovery on this.
Also, for power you should perform explosive movements at low reps with high rest periods, this will keep proper form.... Vertical Jumps, box jumps.... Your plyos.
Hope this helps
