losing fat on the bicep.

hey guys! ok so im not new to weight lifting but i am new to fat loss and crap. Razz ok so im 6'0 nd weigh 161 pounds. ok so i have abit of fat on my biceps. imagine ths, when u flext your bicep, the part nearest to the elbow but at the top.where theres lines you know, i got a bit of fat there, and im wondering, could anyone help me find ways to lose em? i do weight regularly and run alot.

I think you are doing a right thing... run and walk... you will sweat alot from there and it will tighten you arm.

no such thing as spot targeting fat loss. Just lift, do cardio, and get a good diet. that simple.

I am not sure what your concern is at 6 feet and 160 you should be really lean!

Look at your body as a whole, and keep training, spot reducing is a gimmick to get you to buy expensive equipment or supplements.

Try to fine tune your diet.. eat healthier and eat a little less calories than you normally do. keep up on your weight training and running.. possibly run some intervals instead of long distances at a steady speed.. it's been shown to burn fat better

dont think there is some thing called spot targeting fat loss, just do the running, walking, jogging it will help you.
