My best advice would be to do Interval training for your cardio workouts. In very short amount of time you get the results of long and boring regular cardio.
I speak from personal experience. I'm working 2 jobs and have a family and house to take care of and I find the time to train every two days or so... My best training advices comes from Craig Ballantyne of Turbulence Training.
This is what I do and it's been working really fine for me so far...
You can click on the link of my signature if you'd like to learn more about his training methods. This guy really knows what he's talking about and man... if you want to learn about a busy man in the best shape possible...check all that he's doing... the guy is e real machine!
Hope you find your way to get back in shape! Regards, _________________ No time to train? Read this first:

Hi There,
Believe it or not there's a huge connection between sleep and fat loss. The fact that you work the graveyard shift means that you are not sleeping during the hours that are essential for optimal health and fitness. You should be asleep during the hours of 10pm and 6am. Between 10pm and 2am your body does its physical recovery, and between 2am and 6am, your body does it's mental recovery. You are completely depriving your body of the time it needs to recover and when your body can't recover, it can't be healthy, and when it can't be healthy, it can't be fit. When you strength train, your body absolutely needs time to recover, otherwise you're setting yourself up for failure.
When your body is sleep deprived it becomes over stressed which leads to chronic illness and fat gain. As a medical student, I'm sure you know that when your body is stressed it releases the hormone cortisol. When released in excess, it leads to a host of health problems, one of them being fat gain.
Without knowing more about your lifestyle, and based on what you wrote, it sounds like you're very busy and very sleep deprived, which means your body is very stressed. You WILL NOT lose fat when you're body is over stressed.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you need think about making serious lifestyle changes if you want to lose fat and keep it off. _________________ http://www.loseyourfatfindyourhealth.com |

You seem like you could use a plan that requires no time to put into it at all. How bout work your graveyard shift while chewing gum that helps you lose weight. Sounds shady, but try it for yourself, and see how you like it. The link's in my signature. _________________ This is a great product that is simple, cheap, and honestly worth a try.

Hi! My name is Jaquelen. In high school I attended an education called health and freshcare, so I know things about how you can remain in shape and stuff like that.
So I read that you are a fulltime student and so am I. My advice is, don't study too hard. Go to the gym at least once a week, because statistics say that you improve your learning when you excerise. If you don't have time for the gym, go for a walk and take some fresh air. One important thing is to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, don't ever skip those. And if you can, eat an apple or something between the dishes. I have plenty of advice, and I can't write them all here because you'll be bored, so feel free to IM me for more advice: jacky_s_w@hotmail.com

Have you ever thought of a cleanse. It worked for me. I was carrying alot of extra pounds eventhough I felt like I was in halfway decent shape. Well I did the Master Cleanse for 10 days and it helped alot of stuff. My kidneys were hurting all of the time, my ankles were hurting when I would get up in the morning. It was not the most fun I ever had but I am glad I did it. _________________ Russell Farley
