Shrugs, 100lbs
Deadlift, 100lbs
Arms (Friday)
Chair Dips, as many as I can
Concentration Curls, 20lbs
Tricep Pushups, as many as I can
Hammer Curls, 20lbs
Overhead Tricep Extension, 25lbs
Inner Bicep Curl, 20lbs
Skullcrushers (dumbells), 20lbs(each hand)
Then I rest on the weekend.
Is it a pretty solid workout? Like, I wanna get "bigger", but I don't wanna be like absolutely huge. This is a new program that I started doin, and its been a week so far.
I was wondering if its too much/not enough, and if it needs some tweaking? |

bicep curl 45 each hand
shoulder press 55
bumbell press 70
leg press 320, 10 reps
skull crushing 7 lbs
but i have been working out for a year and im pretty good.

Workout was created by Ron Harris in 1983, produced by Tantra Entertainment in association with the Canadian animation company Nelvana, and broadcast locally on Citytv; in the United States, it was syndicated by Orion Pictures). Two seasons of the program were produced, although reruns continued to appear for many years afterwards. _________________ naruto games
