|
Guys, I'm in my last year of high school, and i've been keeping up a good 5-6 meal-a-day regime over the summer and i've produced steady results. School is coming up and as you can imagine, getting in your regular meals is gonna be hard....
Breakfast should be okay,
brunch is the big worrier here...usually I have a bowl of porridge + banana + pbj sandwich...(can't really make the porridge at school.. )
Lunch would be disappointing as there is only subway+ fast food stores around my school.
Supper is going to come pretty close to my dinner...which i can't say would be too great.
So any advice for brunch, lunch and supper? |

Here are some good ideas for quick easy meals at school.
Wraps. Get some corn pita bread don't use flower and your favorite lunch meats. Throw a couple meats on there, then add in your cheese, lettuce, tomato, carrot shreds or whatever else you want in that meal. Roll that wrap up in some foil then throw it in your lunch box. If you don't have a lunchbox get one 50 year old attorney bodybuilders carry lunch boxes its not dorky.
Sandwiches. It seems that so many people over look sandwiches. Using wheat bread and little to no mayo, this can be a solid choice for one of your bodybuilding meals at school. In Europe they don't even put mayonaise on sandwhiches so its not a neccesity for them. Add meats, cheese and anything else you would like a wrap, and put it in a zip lock bag.
Then of course the obvious choice Protein bars. Sometimes these get expensive and aren't an option for everyone. _________________ -Allen J. Anderson

Was that any help man?
Another Idea is pre loading water bottles with a supplement mixture empty bottles then filling and mixing them at the water fountain. I don't really like supplements though waste of money in my opinion just eat right. _________________ -Allen J. Anderson

Yeah thanks mate,
I was thinking of ziplocking 40g batches of oatmeal (no milk or anyfin...) then chomping them down....because i've been on them all summer and have made good gains . Great for energy.
Any further comments would be nice:D |
