Hey guys, names Brandon.
Im currently about 155 pounds, 15.2% body fat,
5'10 and im 14 y/o
I flat out bicep curls with 6-8 reps with 45 lb each
bench press rep 5 times 185
and max out at 205
dumbell press 65-70 lbs 6 times,
Leg press with 20 reps with 320
and trying to eat 6 small meals a day.
But my Q' is... am I pretty good for my age? im pretty cut, all my friends are a little fat but lift all about 10 lbs more then me.
i try to eat 2 meals of chicken breasts 1 with egg/eggwhites, and 2 with shakes.
but ireally want a hard gain without gaining weight, any idea guys?
