Meal 3 Pre-Workout (11:30-12:30) – 480 calories
-1.5 serving steamed tilapia
-1 serving brown rice
-.5 serving almonds
-1 serving mixed vegetables
Meal 4 – Post-Workout (2:00-3:00) – 506 calories
-2 scoops whey protein
-1 serving oatmeal w/milk
Meal 5 (4:30-5:30) – 480 calories
-6 oz. grilled chicken
-1 serving milk w/ fish oil
Meal 6 (7:00-8:00) 500
