20oz Milk (Skim or Whole)
2 TSBP of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Take before bed.

The fats in the Olive Oil will make the protein take longer to digest, thus giving you amino acids while you sleep and possibly increased t-levels from the monounsaturated fats in the EVOO.

Anybody tried this before?

I have and I personally love it.

Yeah the taste is that not good, but oddly enough I would rather drink that mix then Fast Twitch or NO shoutgun or HorsePower.

Trust me, I drink it. anything over 2 TBSP is nasty.

My deadlift went up 135lbs. I was doing 340lbs on jan 10th and 7 weeks later I pulled 475lbs (along with something in my knee).

EDIT: My squat also went up fairly well too. I'm not sure on the numbers though. My diet was over 4,000kcals on most days and all my lifts were heavy. That really helped everything go up.

If I'm remembering correctly, EVOO is a moderately clean oil. Not sure about 2tbsp a day though.

EVOO is I believe one of the best things for you. I need to try and find the research again, but its one of the best things for your heart and cardiovascular (prolly mispelled) system.

EVOO

TSBP
Calories - 120
Saturated Fats - 2g
Monounsaturated Fats - 10g
Polyunsaturated Fats - 2g

Sounds clean to me.

Only changes were my diet (more calories) and I took 5g creatine maybe 3 times a week (if that). I really focused on eating and lifting.

Hey that is a good choice, I will try it.

I also love a cup of milk and one table spoon of natural peanut butter. It is a good way to have the fat slow down absorption, plus the PB has a bit of protein and it tastes great!!

Casein will also help time delay the release, and I've heard that carbs do the same thing when taken with protein.

I used to always add a tablespoon of either olive or flax seed oil to my protein shakes, but milk + oil sounds like it would give me the runs halfway through the night.

Aside from canola oil there's not really anything better. It sounds like a lot but it amounts to about to the same as 2 tbs of peanut butter, and probably healthier.
