well, soon enough i'll be back from iraq. ready to get super serious about the lifting and diet. i'm really looking forward to seeing my wife and getting us in the gym and shit. only a couple months and i'll be out of the army and back in the US for good. it's been a while....but fucking finally, huh?

well, i made it back to germany about a week ago. life is now a lot better. i was stoplossed but i'll probably stay in the natty guard instead of regular army. better that way. more freedom to work out how i know i need to. gonna be starting a natty test cycle on monday. great to be back where i can keep my diet and workouts in check!

MultiCare Therapy Center is offering discounts to Service men & women.
They have a full therapy center with: Physical Therapy, Medical & Therapeutic Massage Therapy, Hypnosis Therapy & Respiratory Rehab. Some of this is covered by insurance some is not but the discounts are great.
They are located in New Jersey. (www.multicaretherapy.com)
Try them out they are good. |
