I am 38 and havent touched a weight since high school, at which time i worked out a ton.
I have just taken off 25 lbs. of fat and
I have been back at lifting for 4 months.
I am 5"11 165 and can bench 260 . not great but im getting there...lol
any way, i want to gain some mass and strength.(possible mid life crisis because im going to buy a 350z also)
I have been doing alot of research .
I know I need to start taking protein , but do I need nitrix and creatine or do i just take NO XPLODE w/ the protein

u make it seem like no-explode is mandatory lol, its a good product, if ur 38 u probly got some cream so id say buy it, and get some creatine and a test booster

definately need a test booster... at your age your testoterone levels are not as high as a teenager and you need it for working out.

260 is a good bench for your size.
anyway....go to your doctor and ask him about hormone replacement therapy. you might be able to get hgh and test and have your insurance cover it.  |

thanx for the replies guys.
no xplode is not a def.
i posted to get opinions as to what i should do.
I am a def. newbie and want suggestions.
I like what mercenary said, does that work. my wife is in the med field , i guess she could help me out, not sure she would.

hormone replacement therapy is legit. people are starting to open clinics just for that. |
