I was wondering, how would you take 50mg caps/pills in a day. would you just take one with lunch/breakfast then you wouldnt need to take anymore for that day? Was wondering, because of the way the half life would work. Thanks.

if it's a 50mg tab you can just take it all at once, or you could break it in half. it's really up to you.
