is cardio safe during a steroid cycle...i hear mixed things about this..

I presume you mean for a bulk cycle??

I would still do cardio but maybe only x3 per week x30minutes and train between 55-60% of your max heart rate.

is it safe to take 12.5 mg ephedrine and 100mg caffeine 3x a week before cardio once a day while on 700mg a test a week...or am i asking for trouble by mixing the too..

i just wanna put on lean quality muscle..maybe 2-4lbs in a cycle..so even though im takin test, im not exactly doing a typical bulk cycle..

Jeez you could put more then that on with a good prohormone cycle and you only want to gain 4 lbs. from a test cycle??????

of course id like to put n more..but i dont wanna put on too much fat and water..i wanna try to keep my gains as lean as possibe...i like to be slim and cut up...i put on fat way to easily

im sure this sounds fucked up to everyone...but im only doing this sust cycle to add some muscle to my neck..ive always wanted a "wrestlers" neck..so im hoping that 3-4lbs im after will go straight there..lol

steroids adapt to a particular training regime..so hopefully it will work in my favor..if my shit is real i should find out in the next few weeks

Nuthin wrong with doing cardio while on cycle, its done all the time. Just depends on what kind of gains you're looking for. 3-4 lbs? You don't need to be taking that much then, and actually kind of a waste in taking anything at all. U could have taken primobolan and gained 4 lbs and had almost no sides.

i cant get real primo..the redijects are the only thing i trust..its only my second weeks so i havnt had any side effects...execpt for ass hurts like hell after the injections..even like a week after...i somtimes i feel like i hav the flu..
