Your question is better asked to a doctor, but fortunately both my parents are and im a premed in college so I'm somewhat knoledgable - the only thing that can help you, im pretty sure, is to get the operation. Eventually, your skin will shrink down somewhat, but I dont know if that will ever a. fully happen or b. how long it will take assuming it does happen with the dramatic weight loss (nice job there btw). Sorry I couldn't give you a better answer. Are you sure can't get your insurance to at least partially cover the operation?

I'd have to agree with the response recommending an operation, but since you've eliminated that as an option, there are some other things you can try to see if they provide some help. Certain supplements which can help with collegen, the primary component of connective tissue. Vitamin C, Silica and High quality protein, whey isolate is a good choice. Another excellent dietary addition is EFAs (essential fatty acids), pure flax seed oil is an excellent choice. It is an Omega 3 EFA that is frequently defficient in most North American diets. Remember to buy it from a refrigerated area of a Grocery or Health Food store and keep it refrigerated due to it's likelihood to go rancid when exposed to heat, light or the air. Frequent sauna seesions, adequate hydration and use of a dry skin brush are all excellent skin toning activities. Additionally, as a trick used by many bodybuilders prepping for a contest, in a pinch, you can apply the hemmorhoidal ointment to loose skin and cover with saran wrap over night. Also, like with many eye creams out there, any cream/salve containing caffeine (such as green tea) with act as an astringent. Again, nothing will remove the excess skin in the same way as a surgeon physically removing it through an operation, but the tips I've listed have worked for many.
