wife is wanting to lose some weight and i was wondering what is the best fat burning pill? she is wanting to drop weight pretty quick. shes tried some of those bullshit appetite suppressing pills, but she doesnt eat that much as it is, and its not like she eats junk food- she eats healthy also.

does she work out? if so she should do alot of cardio...also whts her stats?

she does very little as far as working out, shes 5'4 i think she is 135. i told her that once she gets something that will work, she is going to have to do a lot more cardio, i was thinking maybe a treadmill or stairstepper. she doesnt want to workout alone and i DONT and cant do cardio

i dont think buying a big peice of equipment right away would be a good idea, take her to a gym and c how she likes it first. go lift while shes running and doing cardio so that u to are somewhat together so she cant complain, if shes dedicated then start thinking about buying something.

EAC 3 times a day, cardio 30mins 6 days a week and low carb, low fat try that for a few weeks and she'll see great results. maybe even add a natural diuretic too really loose some weight

to lose weight fast, i eat 6 small meals a day with high protein and low carbs. for me low carbs is less than 100g a day. (im 242 lbs) for yr wife, this cud be less. i try to eat 300 to 400g of protein to maintain muscle mass but in yr case as long as she eats good clean protein for every meal.

you got yr meals squared away, do CARDIO....no 2 ways about it....if you wanna burn fat. preferably do cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Early morning before you eat, your levels of muscle and liver glycogen (stored carbohydrate) are low. If you eat dinner at 7 p.m and you eat breakfast at 7 a.m., that's 12 hours without food. During this 12-hour overnight fast, your levels of glycogen slowly decline to provide glucose for various bodily functions that go on even while you sleep. As a result, you wake up in the morning with depleted glycogen and lower blood sugar - the optimum environment for burning fat instead of carbohydrate. How much more fat you'll burn is uncertain, but some studies have suggested that up to 300% more fat is burned when cardio is done in a fasted, glycogen-depleted state.

for those fat burning pills..........the only one that worked for me was pills with ephedra. some do work, some work to empty yr wallet, best thing in my humble opinion, is EAT CLEAN, GOOD PROTEIN, LOW CARBS & CARDIO first thing in th morning on an empty tummy.

thanks falcon, ill try and get her to try that, she bought some hydroxycut yesterday. so well give that a whirl
