i saw this great routine of someguy but he used to make it a full body routine and train 3 times a week so i split them into push pull splits making the big muscles not exceeding 12 sets so as to be able to train them once again 12 sets big muslces , about 6 sets small muscles
also u will ask where is my leg workout i'm not really looking for any kinda leg workout cuz i have an extremely big muscled legs cuz i used to be a football player and just running will do them good , i was also used to everyday training so i guess day on day off routine will help my recovery if u see that this routine is bad plz say it
thanx |

your training biceps with back and triceps with chest switched it. your training lats two times a week bbbaaadd i know what the problem is your not training legs. Squats, Hack Squat DB Leg lunges calf raises seated calf raises

Wednes-Lats-Back-Shoulders
Friday-Shoulders-Traps-Legs--Triceps

what is wrong about training triceps with chest and biceps with back i told u it is a push pull split to allow biceps and triceps to recover so that i'm able to train them twice a week if i do chest and biceps then my tricpes are gonna work 2 ann i will not be able to train it twice a week so i train it with chest to give it the rest it needs also if u had seen my leg u would have probably told me never to do any leg workout so it's not about legs and it's not about training bicpes and triceps mybe u r right about training lats twice a week this routine is performed by a guy who i know and he made fantastic gains but he used to do all the body 2 gether like chest shoulders back triceps and biceps , in fact i will post it
tuesday-
arnold press x3
bench x3
incline bench x3
weighted dips x3
weighted wide grip chins x3
weighted close grip chins x3
seated rows x3
side laterals x3
french press x2
isolation curls x2
30mins cardio
thursday -
leg extension x3
leg curl x3
leg press x3
front squat x3
calves x3
arnold press x3
side laterals x3
pull overs x3
30 mins cardio
saturday -
incline bench x3
bench x3
flyes x3
arnold press x3
front laterals x3
dead lifts x3
weighted chins x3
bent over rows x3
close grip bench x2
EZ 21's x2
30mins cardio
so as u see he used to train 3 days a week each session including chest and back i split thos into 2 chset sessions with a very little bit higher volume and the same for back and added volume for arms as i will not do any leg workout so i just wanna adjust his routine into a push pull so again guys what do u think ? |

OK....If you know so much then why are you asking questions?, and everyone who knows something about bodybuilding, or just plain lifting, knows that you should always have legs in your workout. B/c (squats) for exp. will help your overall body develop....but you already know that right..... you said that your legs are already well developed...(theirs always room for improvement) I think your just lazy about it |

Bump to jerome....
There's no problem with doing tri's with chest, or bi's with back. Or even doing back or chest twice a week, so long as you're getting enough rest for your body. Everyone's body is different. And like Cory ALWAYS says, to many people get stuck on the 7 day split because they think a routine should fit in a week. I used to do a 5-9 day split depending on gains I wanted to see, and planned level of intensity.
One question. Why are you doing shoulder's with chest and tri's? |
