Monday: chest
Tuesday: football training (cardio) 7pm to 8.30pm
Wednesday: back and shoulder
Thursday: rest
Friday: arms
Saturday: rest
Sunday: football match (90mins)
I used to bodybuild with no cardio what so ever but now, I would like to find the best training program to help me, I have to play on tuesday and sunday, as this is my cardio. (Saturday is a rest day) I still want to bulk up so I will increase my carbs?
Please any advice will be taken on board |
