oh ha yea month is supposed to be weeks. 12 weeks.
this will be my first cycle.... ive been researching gynecomastia. is the safest route to take 20 mcg/day to avoid that? |

All you need is just test e mate, you dont need that other stuff till your 3rd-4th cycle.
Im not sure what your talking about mate, 20mcg of what?

I assumed you meant weeks and not months but I still had to laugh. Listen to Nowler about this and don't risk a bunch of sides to get about the same growth as using just test e.... |

but will i see the same gains and such with just the test? |

Yeah save those for another cycle dude trust me. You do it right and you will gain big because it is your first cycle. Every other cycle you will gain less and less and that is why you use another steroid to help but again on your 3rd to 4th cycle and so on. Test E alone on your first should net you 25 pounds or so as long as your diet and training and very important is your sleep are all sound. Frontload your test with 1000mg the first week split into two injections. Then 500mg for the rest of the 11 weeks. Pct should be clomid and nolva: arimidex should be ran .5mg eod throughout your 12 week cycle.
nolva 20mg weeks 13-17
clomid 100mg week 13
then 50mg for the weeks 14-17 |

No dont use nolva during the cycle, it will kill your gains, used arimidex instead, .5ml eod.
Yes you will gain great with just the test e alone, i promise you that this is the best way to go.

Yeah another thing I wanted to point out to you is do not for the life of you get the mentality that more gear equals better gains. Same with ph's a lot of companies made a killing off idiots that thought ah well there is 3 different substances in here so I will get triple the gains and that is simply not true. |

Well said mate!!
If you were to use all 3 compounds you would prolly gain 5lbs more than with just the test e BUT i bet that you would lose way more with all compounds at pct than you would with the test only.
You will shut down harder with the 3 compounds and therefore take longer to come right after pct, that is why you will lose more muscle.
So why spend more money, suffer more side effects, get shut down harder and lose more muscle when you could just do better on test only??
Not forgetting that if you use deca now your body will get used to it and when it come to your 3rd-4th cycle you will have no secret weapon!!
Dont make the newbie mistake, take my advise and grow more

i have already purchased deca. anadrol. nolvadex. and test. i am regretting buyin all of this for my first cycle now. i was just looking for some insight. i still want to run one of these so should i get rid of deca... or anadrol??? |

Nah don't get rid of them just keep them until you get to your 3rd or so cycle. Unless you can sell them for a nice gain then do that. Just use the test for 12 weeks. And get yourself some clomid too. |

Test 1000mg for the first week and then drop back to 500mg every week there after for 12 weeks.
When injecting the 1000mg for week one, go with 1 shot of 500mg in one muscle and then straight away go with another muscle for the other 500mg.
No dont use the nolva during your cycle, that will hinder your gains.
If your wanting to control estrogen then go with arimidex, .5mg eod.
