i am in weightlifting and i was just wandering if taking high power 100%whey protien is a good choice? |

should allready be getting protein in your diet 1lb per 1lb body weight! Yes that is fine if you wanna trim down jeez should be getting the extra protein anyhow!! Why ppl think "stacking" protein with something is doing something good Just makes me laugh because should allready be getting that protein! and just because you get more protein doesn't mean it will make you stronger or anything could help or excess protein WILL turn to fat! because 1g protein is 4 calories! ppl think you just shit out extra protein well i got news for ya protein has calories too just as much as 1G of carbs!!! 1 gram protein = 4 cals, 1 gram carbs = 4 cals 1 gram fat = 9 cals. just FYI |
