First day on second cycle of sd today. going to go about a diffferent way this time as i believe i have learnt from the first one, which was almost 2-3months ago now, i was gonna wait but, im set to go...i should have a clear run at this one as i have at least a month uninterrupted of hard training, also got a partner to train with, got the food in the fridge ready for the clean bulk.... also got the usual milk thistle, pro lipids, and pct lined up... gonna get hawthorne at the end of this week.....
gonna start with 10mg/day and work my way up to 30mg/day in the third week...instead of sticking with 20mg throughout. got tribulus to add to rebound xt as pct... worked well on its own last time though....but test levels were a little fukd up after....good routine to follow. 3 on 1 off as recovery is improved whilst using sd...plenty of whey protein and gainer...also bumped up the water intake...
obviously haven't noticed much improvement today, doubt il really notice the difference until about mid week or the 5th day???

got before pics this time will post when i get the chance...will let every one know how it all goes!

6ft4 just below 16stone at mo. trying to move above and gain strength.

squat 105kg 8 reps on final set deads 120kg on last 10 reps on final set, as of todays workout....

also, i know a stone is 14lbs, but how bout putting lbs instead of kg? that just confusing Confused

You should have preloaded the hawthorne like nasdstang pointed out. I would get it ASAP and not at the end of the week.

It took about 5 days for me to notice any difference while on SD.

3rd day in the gym on sd, actually up 2lbs, probably all the food im eatin and training heavy, noticed my strength was up, maybe it was psychological but i felt stronger today even with arms which i have neglected for a short while...they may have been well rested???

gave my training partner-my brother, the bottle of m1-d i had,hes been using it for 4 days and i reckon he's filling out already,maybe its cause we are training hard,but i reckon somethings happening???

will keep you updated....

5th day,lookin forward to hitting the gym again today,think i overdone it the other day,back was giving me stick on my day off.feeling good 2day though...feeling pumped and can certainly feel that mood you get when you take sd...you feel ramped...ready to kick ass in the gym and throw things around!!!
will see how 2nite goes.should be good....

i guess im 220lbs then, aiming for 230lbs,guess i like being 220 but 250 sounds like more of a mile stone for me... Laughing

well im seven days into my cycle and my workouts are improving,however not advancing as quickly as i did 1st time around,probably because i started with 20mg ed last time not 10mg...my deadlift are heavier ended up on my last set of 8 at 150kg approx 300lbs...happy with that!!! certainly feeling pumped and starting to look thicker again....been suffering with headaches as of the weekend,think im gonna bump up the water intake and increase the hawthorne berry, i should of been using this alot sooner really,im gonna run this as a year round supplement now.....so in all im feeling focused,more energetic and good about my workouts...trying not to overtrain with all the extra pump you get in the gym???

so far so good...apart from the headaches. Confused

totally 4got about this log...been so into my training this last week or so...today was chest and shoulders...strength was def up..last set of flat press up 5kg....shoulder press...upped the reps ...water retention right down,diet is clean and i have began swimming again to lean up a little and make the most of the clean bulk....bb shrugs up to 90kg-last two sets of 10....in all im feeling good,looking better and training intense without fail... concentrated cheat curls and hammer curls..sets of 8 @ 26kg fairly comfortably with my spare arm as a guide. will see how i get on with the deads aiming for last heavy set of 160kg... might start heavy this time to really push it, i should get past even 160kg i think...will see how it goes.feeling firm and looking thicker....

headaches gone after upping the hawthorne and water.

headaches are gone and im feeling good about my training today looking forward to hitting the gym later....this clean bulk is actually going really well...im training and eating to mass up but still looking lean...im gonna bump up the dose from 20 to 30mg ed. from 2nite and see how the strength feels...got 162.5kg (approx 320lbs) out of my last two sets of 10 yesterday on the deads and 90kg (approx180lbs) on the last two squat sets...im running out of weights...but im feeling athletic at the moment...all is well...also noticing im able bump up the reps on most of my sets....and yet again the pump im getting afterwards makes me look massive? Laughing

dayoff today and i feel like i should be in the gym or at least doing something, no beer for me until the cycle is up, so the wknd is looking boaring as im on call 2moro also....better do some more research then.

i have noticed the bones in my calves are hurting, could be all the deads and intense workouts, maybe the lack of water retention too...not sure, other than that feeling positive.

yeh feels like growing pains i used to get when i was a kid, maybe its cause im really working my calves..or just pumps from the sd,but it feels like a bone ache..

Are you also taking any kind of creatine? If you are I would suggest taking it during your PCT and not during your SD cycle. I took CEE during the 2nd week of my SD cycle and it gave me VERY painful pumps in the calfs and it felt like the bone was hurting also.

nah i was going to leave cycling my creatine to the first day of pct??? does that sound ok? the pain is only ever there when i go from a crouching position to standing pushing most of my wait to calves ie.deadlifts or complete squats...its not a big issue, just one i have never had before...i have upped the cod,liver,oil as a precaution!
i have also upped my intake from 20 to 30mg/day....starting to notice a slight redness in my skin,especially on my face...hopefully it wont lead to acne..have been prone in the past when i was younger but i'll wait to see,im only sticking with 30mg for a wk then dropping back to 20mg for the last 3days in the 3rd wk as gains should hault about then...

woke up this morning and i am feeling agressive today,looking forward to getting in the gym,have noticed im getting acne on my legs, it's not severe but it is a problem...not a problem anywhere else just my thighs....
i suspect its either because i have bumped up my dosage or because im doing alot of heavy leg work where as i haven't in the past...and leg work is responsible for most of production of test in males...dunno,just a thought.im gonna have to stay focused so as to avoid arguing with the misses this week,that was a problem last time!!
looking into how im gonna go about my next routine,im gonna try and get conditioned as of the end of the cycle....

aggression has subsided, emotions are getting effected now,just as they did last time.been feeling a little lethargic aswell,but i had that problem last time...i just tell myself i gotta get it done...going to revert back to a 3,4 day split as of 2nite...as i am gaining but not as quickley now as i was at first...starting to plateau? bumping up the cardrio and have started doing a 15min non stop sparring session at the end of my cardio days...im gonna try and get conditioned for a bit then clean bulk b4 the summer! libido DOWN, had a problem with this last time...all i can think about is being in the gym??? gonna throw in some tribublus a couple of days earlier than pct.....

day 15...todays workout went really well...i have decided to go back to a 3days a week routine strength training and then 2days of intense cardio with the weekend off...im really looking 4ward to this one, reckon i have found a routine which is gonna benefit me alot...im gonna get conditioned and keep the diet strict.....strength was up for sure considering i have switched my routine....full squats at 4sets of 15 slow reps @ 120lbs which is hard believe me when you are squating extra slow!!! my legs felt well pumped...calves are really picking up, diminishing sets really help build both sides....im in a good mood...felt a little tired earlier,still got the pains in the outsides of my calves...reckon its the full squats putting alot of stress on them during the sets? in all im feeling good and the extra day off has allowed me to gain a little more!!

up in weight by about 5-6lbs past 220 now and feeling firmer..likely to loose a couple in bulk once the cardio kicks in, but should be feeling alot firmer and fitter....with a leaner appearance...gonna keep the cals high though.....

day 17, went to the gym last night with a freind who has trained in thailand for the last 6 months doing thai boxing...he was showing me the ropes and how he trains for cardio...iv decided to incorporate more of this style into my program....i really enjoyed it and picked up the combinations really quickly...im feeling fitter and after some guidance from a p.t. at the gym, my ab routine is gonna be a killer...im gonna have a review with him soon and set up a more appropriate routine to suit my needs....

oh and im weighing in at 16st 4lbs this morning...up 7lbs in 17days...im impressed with that as im still quite lean with it...i think the extra weight is muscle as the water has dropped off since beginning the cycle...but is creeping back... in all im really getting into the gym, mainly as a result of starting this cycle, cleaning up the diet and hitting the gym 5 days a week with no excuses.... Laughing

really good workout, my strength has gone through the roof my last set of 8reps deadlifting is up to 180kg ( approx 360lbs ), the p.t. and a couple others have come up to me today interested in the way im training and supplements etc..... three days a week is certainly helping me mass up and get stronger...im enjoying it but its not exactly easier training this way the cardio etc. is really intense, but im gonna enjoy the rest the weekend...iv earnt it...i love the gym!!! Laughing

another good full body workout today i think this 3 day routine is doing me good but i reckon i will have to rotate the exercises with other ones to get the most out of my full body routine to still try and hit the smaller groups and every area...ie. gonnna substitute close-grip pulls for wide soon and then go back......however i will be keeping the deads and squats as these are my new favourites...felt strong today last set of 10reps @ 100kg or 205lbs....i like full body routines, the only problem im finding is my chest dosen't feel as firm as normal through only hitting it with the one exercise (seated press)...other than that this cycle has been effective for a number of reasons.....one day left on the sd....then pct?

feeling good after a days rest...however..liver pains have started,just as well i begin pct tommorow..the only thing im concerned about is all the additional shit im gonna e swallowing as part of the pct...ie. support supps,rebound xt,tribulus,creatine...thats like more than 12 a day to start.....also just brought flax seed oil in a bottle opposed to capsules...taste like shit!!! Rolling Eyes
