in all i have found the on part of this cycle interesting this time around,perhaps i was looking for more in the way of gains...i am up 5lbs now after bulking then switching my routine back to a conditioning workout, strength certainly went up at points but more importantly...the ability to remain lean throughout and the mental improvement which has given me the edge as far as stepping into the gym everyday...im looking forward to the pct as i noticed the rebound certainly boosted my test levels back quickly...i wasn't effected too much by mood swings,lowered libido and lethargy where as last time these were more evident...im planning to have blood work done once pct is up to see how i have been getting on.in all a worth while cycle but i might try something new next time,something a little less problematic....
but worth a go if you have never tried it before as im sure your first cycle will impress you more than my second did me....

pct seems to be going ok...liver pains have stopped...don't feel so dehydrated all the time now...felt a bit moody yesterday, but feeling good today...one thing i wish i had done during the cycle is not trained as much as i did as i have noticed more of an improvement in gains this week only training 3 times a week...i have a good structured 4 day split designed by the p.t. at the gym which im gonna give a go for a month and then revert perhaps...so far so good...perhaps i can clean bulk, whilst still trying to stay conditioned!!! _________________ Bite off more than you can chew, then chew it. |

dunno if it's the lack of estrogen or whateva but im feeling good most of the time now i have started pct....and i had a good session in the gym yesterday...behind the neck press up by 5kg from last time..... _________________ Bite off more than you can chew, then chew it. |

training still going well, and strength is still right up there...taking these tribublus and rebound xt before working out gives me a massive boost in energy and i feel pumped and ready to go throw some weights around...this is the best emotionally i have felt throughout the whole of this cycle!!!! gonna keeep the cals high in an attempt to maintain size,strength...diet still clean, and started using creatine again.... _________________ Bite off more than you can chew, then chew it. |

before cycle...215lbs mid cycle 222lbs end ????
strength increased on all major lifts ie. overdead press, shrugs, squats and deads,

yet another day...still feeling good, starting to get a little moody and noticed the odd spot on my back.....no major changes, my body is winding down i think....libido all time LOW....can't really be asked...im sure it will shoot up again soon like last time!! again the aditional rest is good for me im sure...well up for gym tonight.....im hoping i haven't stunted my ability to grow without suppps too much as i dont wanna have to reley on them....suppose i will see how i get on the next few months? _________________ Bite off more than you can chew, then chew it. |

just got back from the gym, feelin fukd...felt a little weaker today, reckon it was due to the lack of carbs 2day, diet was a little off from usual....the bar kept sliding out of my hands during deads could only manage 5 reps 150kg - top set, but my sets are up from normal, 5 instead of 3....everything else was ok...weighted crunches, db shrugs and wrist curls....the boxing really done me in, its hard learning to box whilst bulking....need to bump the cardio up i think!! now im off to bed... _________________ Bite off more than you can chew, then chew it. |

well im alost in the second week of pct...strength is still there no increases as such but finding i can still move the same weights comfortably, however im giving myself a chance to adjust to the new routine...after working my arms yesterday, i had an intense hour of boxing, fuk that its hardcoe...not really what im aiming for, im more concerened with staying fit, strong and looking good...so i suppose yeh im bodybuilding...il leave the endurance training to those who need it...i like the functional side of boxing however im not planning to fight just wanna up the skills on how to. i think weight lifting is more my thing, i reckon i can sweat the endurance training out but then i would be defeating my purpose for lifting heavy and eating like fuck....i suppose im sort of after the happy medium, which falls more into the bodybuilding catagory. il end this log soon as there isn't much left too talk about......training is going well, the sd upped the strength, dropped the water, was fat neutral and allowed me to lean up a little and gain about 5-8lbs of firm muscle...had little probs from sides, have learnt from the experience again...most important with the cycle was the motivation it gave me to hit the gym hard without excuses...and i am noticing the rewards.... _________________ Bite off more than you can chew, then chew it. |

last post...its all gone tits up...was out the weekend and as a result...i have had to have my right hand stiched up at the hospital which means no training at all for a week and possibly no upper body for up to 3-4 weeks...im gonna get back in the gym next week and train legs twice a week, no smith squats just machine work, im unable to grip as the cuts too deep and is likely to re-open....so in other words im fukd for a bit, just as i was really getting stuck in....im gona keep the pct running for obvious reasons and get eating to try and maintain what i have gained, a week off mite not be a bad thing but three is likely to really set me back.... any suggestions on how to train around the problem???? _________________ Bite off more than you can chew, then chew it. |

have been eatin like a muvva to try and maintain som of the size...diet is slack through just trying to consume enougth....have lost a little firmness but am feeling well rested so am ready to hit gym 2nite/2moro....
i think pro-hormones are effective, not as effective as roids im sure..but sometimes a little too involved,pct is so important, one thing i noticed was the lack in libido however the tribulus suprises me very morning at the moment..if you know what i mean!!! i am aware that when entering into something like a cycle of anything you should be aware of every eventuality and assess the risks etc. just a warning to those who are thinking about it... _________________ Bite off more than you can chew, then chew it. |

Good point YAMAHAROB. You always have to ponder if the risks are worth the gains. For some people who are more prone to getting sides it might not be. |
