i think u searches power butter, i got the power pb, its pretty cheap. i got it for 6 dollars at gnc, but thats with my employee discount. i can probly get it online cheaper.

You're right. I had found Power Butter by mistake - which is about twice that price. This looks alright. Thanks for the heads up.

anytime, i just tried it this morning, tastes pretty good and it have flax seeds in it which add a good crunch. the only thing is measuring the teaspoons, its tough with pb so i just pread it on, i think i got a good 80g on protein lol

Anybody else tried the protein pudding?
I get a case (24 cans) for $34.95. It's not a bad dessert.

For bars I use ISS Pro42

12 bars for $28.95

I use the peanut powerbutter, it's 32 grams of protein a serving.
5lbs. for $54.95. 5lbs. LASTS!

i gotta get some of that.. if it taste anything like real pb i'll love it.. cause i eat the natty pb 4 tbs only give around 15 g of protein..

from what ive been reading you guys have only said that the only things

that guarantee alot of protein is chicken, sardines, skim milk and peanut

butter. what about SOY milk? is there anything else that i should know

about thats in the pantry which has alot of proteins in it.

alot of foods have protein, but good sources of proteins are chicken, red meats, fish, dairy products, peanut butter, and turkey.. i dont like soy milk, but i believe it has like -10 g in a cup

getitup is right. Soy is poor quality protein at best, and at worst can raise estrogen levels.

ewwww soy, my gf is a vegan so ive had my share of that crap. power butter tastes pretty good just like normal pb, but when u get to the bottom of the can its gets really thick and hard(i know that sounded gay) tough to spread on bread.

dans all out bulking food not for a clean bulk but will add the weight fast!

25 pak ramen noodles
20 pak tuna fish
lean steaks(the cheaper the steak is the leaner)
lean lunch meat found packs for $.99
eggs eat them whole
pasta dirt cheap
wheat bread 1.00 a loaf
few head of lettuce
salads in a bag
chicken still on the bone
penut butter
patoes cheap
milk whole

thats usualy my shoping list i got shoping twice a month and belive it or not it usualy only costs me about 100$ a month

IMO opinion you can't beat a good ol' protein shake. As someone else said you can get like 5lbs for 20 bucks. Can't beat that.

My money savers are:

Wal-Mart Cottage Cheese 1% milk fat - low fat 1.47/ 4 serv. container 2.15/1 pint container

It's about 80 calories/serv. 14g Protein/serv. very nice!

Chicken of the Sea Light Tuna - *20g Protein! .94/pack

hmm everything looks good on your list except ramen noodles, which pack some hefty sodium! Hmm, when you say tuna, is that with bread and mayo or just plain?
