You're right. I had found Power Butter by mistake - which is about twice that price. This looks alright. Thanks for the heads up. |

Anybody else tried the protein pudding?
I get a case (24 cans) for $34.95. It's not a bad dessert.
For bars I use ISS Pro42
12 bars for $28.95
I use the peanut powerbutter, it's 32 grams of protein a serving.
5lbs. for $54.95. 5lbs. LASTS! _________________ "People sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf." - George Orwell |

butter. what about SOY milk? is there anything else that i should know
about thats in the pantry which has alot of proteins in it. _________________ St Aubyn |

getitup is right. Soy is poor quality protein at best, and at worst can raise estrogen levels. |

IMO opinion you can't beat a good ol' protein shake. As someone else said you can get like 5lbs for 20 bucks. Can't beat that. |

hmm everything looks good on your list except ramen noodles, which pack some hefty sodium! Hmm, when you say tuna, is that with bread and mayo or just plain? _________________ No rest for the wicked! |
