Keep your calories and protein high. Make sure you rest properly. You might not keep all of your new strength, but you will keep most of it. |

Ok thats good...thats what i have been trying to do. But i think by the end of this week im gonna start something. Do u usually order ur supplements or just buy them from GNC or Vitamin Shoppe or that sort? |

I used GNC back in the day and got robbed bigtime paying 3x times what I should have paid for supplements. Now a day I order 99% of my supps online. |

They charge you at least twice as much. Compare their prices to DPSNutrition.net, 1fast400.com or nicemuscle.com and you will see that they charge A LOT more. If you look around online you can find some really good prices on all supplements. |

Hi i've been taking Oxodrol-12 for exactly 2 weeks now, I have been seeing huge results but I began to recieve an odd pain, which I believe it's my liver because im sort of volmiting very little amounts of some acid-substance... I am not sure if I should stop right here and take Milk Thistle because they told me to wait after my cycle to take it. So Im not sure if I should stop now and take Milk Thistle or just continue. This pain is very annoying and I dont know how much longer i can take this. Is there any information anybody could assist me with? I'd be greatly appreciated, thank you. |

Well frist off you should have been taking Milk Thistle and other support supss a week before your cycle and through the end of your PCT
and btw what are you useing for your PCT?... and i dont know what other's will say but i would stop it. |

how many mg's are you taking. Definitely start the milk thistle right away, whoever you got your information from is a dumbass. how old are you? |

what you said dosen't make any damn sense. You're far too young to be messing with shit like this and your going to mess yourself up. while you're at gnc you need to buy novedex xt, because they don't sell rebound. |

hey gato,
i wrote earlier and you said that xceed was a good creatine. ive been told to use xceed before i work out and creatine ethly ester after..is that a good combo or should i use xtend with it???

xceed is creatine ethly ester and i would stack it with xtend |

Xceed HAS Creatine Ethyl Ester in it as already mentioned by Voodoo. I think whoever told you that meant to take Xceed, which has CEE pre workout and use a BULK CEE powder post workout. |

In my 3rd week of Oxo-12 (24mg/day). Huge gains - I've gone from 218 to 237 - of course, I'm eating like a damn horse too (trying to increase mass/size, etc.). Bench has gone way up - from 135 to 225. Mostly noticeable size is in back/shoulders. And the tightness - muscles are thick.
Just started noticing back pumps in lower back (only side so far.) Pain isn't too bad, just enough to be irritating. Going to add Taurine to the supp pack I'm already taking to see if that helps. |

I've taken the oxodrol 12 and V-50 once in the past and took all the necessary supps to negate the sides, got great gains and haven't lost any of it since. I'm getting ready to start it again after being off for 3 months. Does anyone recommend adding something to the stack? Besides the Oxodrol 12 and V-50 I take milk thistle, omega 3, taurine, and multivitamins along with plenty of protein. |

From my experience with taking Superdrol, which is the same compound. I would say it was the Oxodrol that gave you the lean gains and increased your energy NOT the V-50. You could try stacking Oxodrol with X-Mass. |

V-50 is garbage, oxodrol will keep you lean on its own as long as your diet is right. I ate like crazy when I took it, gained 12lbs and lost 1.5% body fat. You don't need to stack anything with it. I'm really not sure where the idea to take oxodrol with V-50 even came from. |
