Oxodrol-12 The New Craze!?

Im 20 years old
I played baseball almost all of my life so I have been lifting since I was 14. I didnt start lifting really hard for muscle gains until I was 17.
Im 6'1 205 12% BF
I want to gain more total strength, more lean muscle mass, and drop some BF.
I really try to keep a good diet. Being a college student its pretty hard because my fraternity cook doesnt always make the healthy stuff and of course the drinking. With that said everyday I try to eat 5-6 meals with at least 40 g of protein in each of them. I kept a diet diary for the past week and it seems i get on an average 2500 cals and 285 g protein. Diet is the main reason that I would start the cycle in the summer because I can take total control of it. With class and my fraternity sometimes its hard to eat clean.

Are there any other supplements you would recommend for me instead of oxo???

Yea, whey protein, creatine, a multivitamin, and a quality diet.
You're not old enough, nor are you in a position where you are ready to be taking steroids.

You could try using Xceed (CEE/NO Supp). I would increase your calories, because 2500 is NOT enough. Try to get at least 3000-3500 calories daily, but keep them clean (eat healthy food). I would hold out on the Oxodrol at least until you turn 21 or until you stop making natural gains on your own (could be older than 21 by than). Oxodrol is a Designer Steroid and you don't want to use it unless you have reached a plateau that you can't get past with a good diet, supplements and exercise.

hey thanks a lot...im just worried that if i eat 3000 cals then im going to gain more weight...i dont really want to gain more lbs. id really like to stay at 205 but get leaner, stronger, and bigger. will 3000-3500 affect my weight???

calorie surplus= muscle gain
calorie deficit= weight loss

If you do enough cardio you should be able to burn off the excess calories. If you want to get bigger and stronger you WILL have to eat more calories otherwise you won't put on size even if you run something like Oxodrol.

That depends on your metabolism. If it's fast YES, but if it's average or slow you might need to bump it up to 30-45 minutes 3-4 times a week.

I just finished a cycle of oxodrol 12 and got pretty big gains. On weight i went from 195 to 212, my bench shot up about 40Lbs. I didnt stack it with anything but i worked my ass off when it came to working out and everything. I loved it. Now im just taking couple of weeks off, now im just on protein. But i plan to come back on it.

What is your pct? Do you realize that oxodrol is a designer steroid? How long do you plan to wait before starting another cycle? How old are you?

i took anabolic extreme. What do u mean a designer steroid? i plan to have about a 6 week break. and its been a little over one week since ive been off of it now. im 18. Im guessing your against taking Oxodrol??

You should have waited until you where at least 21 to run Oxodrol and it IS a Designer Steroid. I would recommend NOT running it again until you're OVER 21. You just messed up your chances of making NATURAL gains and may need to keep taking Steroids for the rest of your life to keep making gains. That was dumb. Did you know that you where running a Designer Steroid?

Hm...i didnt know about the designer steroid part. So what I wont be able to have natural gains?. i mean i have a pretty strict workout schedule with sports and all...and ive been off of it for close to 2 weeks and have been doing the same as how i was before.

It can CAUSE this to happen if it has not yet. The more you use it the WORSE the problem becomes. I would NOT run it again UNTIL you are OVER 21. Have you had blood work done?

Ok...so i understand the part about not taking it again and i wont. Hopefully this first time wont cause any trouble for me. but no . no blood work has been done.

I would get that done to make sure your lipid values are fine. Also make sure you get your blood pressure and cholesterol checked. Taking Steroids will affect all these things. When I took Superdrol my blood pressure was through the roof. I waited until I was 25 before running my 1st cycle.

Yea i probably should. But i mean ...im looking to get on something different next. that can give me really good gains. Here some info. im 6'3 212lbs 10%bf i want to be 225 with 10%bf. get my bench to atleast 405. right now its at 350. any ideas or suggestions. I wont be taking Oxodrol 12 anymore..plus i think they dont sell it anymore. What pisses me off the most is that the guy i bought from that was working didnt know little to nothing about it...nor did he say ANYTHING about PCT!!!!!

Yes. Most of those guys DON'T know crap. Look at the Superdrol for Dummies Sticky (//forums.nicemuscle.com/ftopic2966.html). It will tell you EVERYTHING you need to know about PCT. As far as supplements go I would recommend these for your age:

Protein powder (ON Whey)
Creatine Ethyl Ester (Xceed)
Amino Acids (Xtend)
Good Multi (NOW Adams)
Fish oil
NO (Xceed)

Make sure you consume lots of protein (1.5g per lb of bodyweight) like chicken breast, steak, tuna, salmon, egg whites, turkey and cottage cheese. And lots complex carbs like brown rice, whole-wheat pasta, oatmeal, whole-wheat bread, yams and broccoli. Rest is also VERY important so train each muscle group ONCE a week, don’t train for more than 1 hr per day and DON’T exercise more than 5 times a week. Last off all make sure you get at least 8 hrs of sleep each night.

Well i mean i got the PCT thing now after doing research on my own. So i was late on getting that. But as far as dieting goes i got all of that down and protein and all and working out. Sometimes i guess i can overtrain and i know its not good. ive tried protien powder and amino acids and got the fish oil. havent tried the others though. ive got some NO right now but i havent started it yet. But i must say though Oxodrol 12 did give me some massive gains in a pretty short amount of time!

True, but the sides are NOT worth it at your age. You're ONLY 18 so your test levels should be pretty high naturally and you don't need Steroids or Pro-Hormones to keep making gains.

For supps you don't have to wait, but if you are referring to another PH or PS I would say at least 3 more years.

I see. What would a prohormone do to me right now if i took it?...or better yet what kind of side affects would i experience if any?

Loss of making ANY more natural gains, gyno (bitch tits), high blood pressure, your skin and eyeballs could turn yellow, liver damage, high cholesterol, heart palpitations, hormone imbalance, etc… And those are just a few.

ok. so im definetly going to be off that stuff now. But since i did get good gains from those things. Is there anything i can do to keep them, you know instead of getting weaker and losing the weight ive gained?
