hey guys,

I purchased a bottle of stanazol 20ml for $150, did I get ripped off? Anyways, my questions were:
how many ml's should I be taking per week?

Will I be seeing ANY results by the time I finish the bottle (injecting) WITHOUT stacking it with anything or am i just wasting my money and effort?

Yeh I was pretty keen to get it cuz the guy told me I wouldnt be able to find it cheaper then $200.. So $150 sound3ed pretty good to me at the time

I was also curious, can I take 2 ml every TWO days instead of 1 ml each day? do you think it will make a difference?

Winstrol you can either take 50mg Everyday OR 100mg EOD but that is it you can't decide to take 150mg every 3rd day. Winstrol is I believe the ONLY steroid you can either Inject which is the best way OR You cna take it by mouth BUT injecting is around 20% more effective mainly cuz it's in your blood stream and doesn't have to by pass the liver!

What do you mean by Every other day? Do you mean every second day? So you think by me taking 2 ml's every second day is too much? should I cut it down to 1.5ml's every second day? And my main questions is, do you believe ill get ANY results, takings 5 ml's a week, for 8 weeks, while training hardcore? Iam 104 kg's now 6 foot 3, what should I expect my weight to be after this 8 week cycle?

u probly wont gain too much weight but u will look leaner and more cut on winstrol if u keep with ur DIET

What sort of diet should I be on? I eat 6 eggs for breaky with a protein shake, for lunch I will have 2 sandwiches with salami cheese etc etc. and for dinner its usually chicken or pork with rice. Is this a bad diet? Can you guys recommend anything? Thanks for the help guys!!

Yeh dude, I am 104 kg's now, and I would like to drop at least 6 kg's before new years. I want to cut up but at the same time maintain my muscle underneath my fat. what do you recommend me eating during the day?

I was talking to a gym instructor today and he said that I have to eat fat with my diet or else my body will start losing muscle or some sh!t, is this true? he said something like if I dont eat fat, the body will start storing any fat it receives and it will start taking energy from my muscles which inturn which in turn will make my muscles smaller.... I was amazed... Is this true?

Um to a degree but not really because when US bodybuilders diet it's LOW CARB AND LOW FAT!! HIGH PROTEIN!!! that is what works. He is full of shit really because if you get enough protein in it's not going to take anything away from your muscles!! and what the fuck is a GYM INSTRUCTOR???

See the thing is, I dunno whether its the stanazol thats doing this or not, but my arms were 17.5 inchs, not they are like 16.7 inchs, they shrunk like crazy!!! is it because the stanazol has taken all my water retention out of my body or is it because my body is eating my muscle away?

my gess is that if it was the winny it jus hardened up ur arms cuz thas wat its supposed to do. if thers fat on u, the stanozol is goin to cut it even if it's not on ur belly like ur arms. how long u been takin it for?
