I seriously need help from all of you! I started a d-bol only cycle and I started to bulk out but I pissed all of my gains, becuz it was all water and now I bought some winstrol to stack with it, which is my decision and so I am not sure what to do, I wanna be muscular and also cut I wanna be really well defined, but I don't have any more money but for those two steroids. I will take 20 mg/D-bol and 30 mg/Winstrol. How many calories should I eat and how much should I train? Help me please cause I have no one here in Iceland to help me with it! |

If you dont know how you should be eating or training, your not ready for juice. Research more.

You can't be muscular and cut on a cycle of Dbol and Winny combined. As a matter of fact I wouldn't even combine those 2. One of them (Dbol) is for a bulking cycle and the other is for a cutting cycle. If you can get Test Propinate I would add that to Dbol first 4 weeks then Winny for the rest with the Test prop through the whole cycle. Dbol should be 40 mgs a day, Winny should be 50mgs a day or 100mgs every other day and Test Prop should be around 200mgs every other day. |

yeah bro, that was a big fuck up on ur part tho. When will ppl get it through their heads, that its a stupid idea to do a d-bol only cycle! its a waste of time AND money! u deff need to do more research before ur next cycle bro.

Interesting. I recently ran a cycle of Dbol & Winny (orals) and gained 42lbs. |

Yeah this just goes against everything i've said dbol winstrol is a waste Because 42 fucking pounds is unreal i can ONLY fuckin imagine how much more you would of gained if you just added a little test in there HOLY FUCK 50+ lbs How did you cycle that? If i were to suggest to someone i prob would have them do 5 weeks dbol then after the dbol run the winstrol. Is that what you did? or did you combine them? |

It was a 10 wk cycle, taking the Dbol & Winny at the same time, 3 times a day (with every other meal). Week 1 was 20mg each / day, week 2 30mg each / day, week 3 40mg each / day. I stayed at this dose till week 7 then tapered off while starting pct of Clen, Clomid & Proviron on the last week. Most importantly is the fact that I believe I got my training, nutrition and rest exactly right. |

The best thing imo is some sort of test/deca and dbol. I mean even test and dbol. i wouldnt just use deca though. jmo. Kinda screwed yourself with that d-bol/winstrol cycle. that sucks. Should research a little more man then decide. Jmo though.

I want to get healthy jacked not like the Hulk but enough so people won't mess with me, and then I am going to cut down after that, but I am ready for injectables but I wanna be rid of the side effects!

It worked well for me. How many people do you know that can gain 42lb in a 10 week cycle of orals? I'm not saying that it would work for everyone as we all have different genetics/metabolic rates etc.. |

yea, im sure it does work, but as you said depends on your genetics/metabolism. thats bad ass you gained that much. more power to ya. if you can get those gains off those, i say go for it! I would do as GnB says, Add some test.

I've not measured anything but I guess of the gains, 70% muscle, 20% fat & 10% water. I have only been finished for a couple of weeks and I'm on a cutting cycle now. I am aiming to have lost the water & fat by the end of the year but to have kept the majority of the muscle, although I expect to lose some. My pct, continued training and careful nutrition should ensure I hit my goal. |

I would do 500mg a week (10weeks) deca (10weeks) 30mg D-bol ED and get some nolva just in case gyno occurs and FOR SURE get clomid. Take 300mg's first day then 100mg after that for a week and a half, then 50mg to finish it off. JMO!  GL brotha!!
