ok now that the ban is lifted, does anyone know where i can get some straight up ephedra, or a product containing it? I was using ephedrine HCI after the ban, but the shit seriously started fucking with my lungs, made them hurt and hard to breathe and shit. I also tried clen but did not see nearly as good of results as with ephedra.... any help? thanks. peace.

theres no reason ephedrine hci would make it hard for you to breath, it would only do the contrary. Besides what alot of you guys don't understand is that the reason you are taking ephedra is for the ephedrine alkaloids that ephedra contains. You have to take alot of ephedra to get a little ephedrine, thats why i say just use ephedrine. What was your dosage and how long did you take it, also with clen, how did you take it? |

Hydroxy cut with ephedra was released in september...I'm in Guam so I havnt SEEN it yet. But GNC and Vitamin World over here said the states have it already. |

Ya dude and I live in that 1 state and they ain't sellin it in GNC. i know of only 1 store, elite discount nutrition, and its like $30 for 20 count bottles of D4 wich contains 10mg ephedrine. |

The ban was definetley lifted, but companies are very weary to sell it again in fear of lawsuits, I verified this with an article in MD that just made mention to the fact that the ephedra deal was overturned so now hopefully the same may happen to prohormones (they're dreaming) ANYWAYS... I used to get my ephedra in xenedrine, and it worked very well, I also used to at least double the recommended dosage. Basically what i mean is that Im an ephedra veteran, I used that shit all the time w/o any serious sides.
Vasopro Ephedrine HCI also contains 200 mg of Guaifenesin, which is also a Expectorant/Bronchodilator, this obviously was not in the xenedrine that i used to consume. I have just figured that either maybe because of the amounts i was taking it was just fucking with my lungs (too much of a good thing sorta deal), or that maybe I had a slight allergy to the Guaifenesin. I had this problem with very small dosages (25mg 3 times a day, I used to take in alot more ephedra back in the day of xenedrine.)
Also, I kind of worded my explanation of my clen use wrong. Its not that I didnt see good effects from it, its just that I couldn't handle the sides. I started out slow 25-50-75 ect. like you're supposed to, but everytime I upped the dose I just felt worse and worse (run down, hungry, nasty headaches) I read in a few places that it is only real bad for about 3 days, so I forced myself to do 5 and couldn't take it anymore so i gave that shit up. I'm considering trying some albuterol, but I'd rather just get my ephedra back:) or maybe ill just pick up some dnp. jk.

25mg 3 times per day is a normal dose not really small. Most people I know only take 25mg 2 times per day and they see good results. I do 3 times a day and add some yohimbine hcl, works great for me, no sides at all. |

k, well by sides I mean shakiness, nervousness, that kind of thing. Not feeling like my lung is about to collapse, that is not a side, that is something wrong... would you agree? Also, yohimbine hcl, that is basically caffiene, isn't it? because I take 200mg of caffiene and pop an asprin with the ephedrine.
My problem isnt the lack of effectiveness of the small dosages of ephedrine hcl, my problem is that it is doing shit to me that ephedra (xenedrine) in much higher dosages never did.

jitters and nervousness are common sides of ephedrine, not really a big deal unless it gets bad. Yohimbine hcl is not anything like caffeine other than that its a stimulant. Yohimbine helps with blood flow, endurance and targets stubburn fat areas. I'll usually take 25mg ephedrine, 12mg yohimbine, and 200mg caffeine. People react different to different things, just have to find whats best for you. |
