So I was a little tired, and wanted a great chest workout today. I decided about 3pm to drink a Spike to wake up. At 4pm I had my shotgun for prewkot. It is now 4:23 and I feel somewhat fucked up about to walk into the gym. Ill let you guys know how it goes!

Not bad! Heart was working harder than usual, but the drive was intense!

for some reason i dont really like N.O explode .. i love the muscletech stuff .... and yea they are overprice lol |
