I'm beginning the HCG diet and In was wanting to get some pointers on my diet.
Currently a basic day for me is:
Breakfast: Fat free yogurt and one slice of brown toast
8 oz water
8 oz water
Lunch: Either a ham or turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato no condiments. cut carrots, peppers and broccoli
8 oz water
8 oz water
Snack: some type of fruit 8 oz water
Diner: Ranges from grilled chicken breasts, salmon or some type of fish or lean beef. Salad fat free ranch, steamed broccoli or another type of cooked veggie, sometimes rice or a baked potato 16 oz water
Snack: Protein shake
8 oz water
I do have a weak point I may have 2-3 diet sodas during the week, I have a hard time giving that up.
Any suggestions besides giving up the soda (I already know about that) let me know. |

Nope that diet wount do buddy, too much food in it.
This is what you need, this is a copy and paste from my HCG diet thread:
My daily diet is as follows:
11am upon waking- 1 dry slice of brown bread
1pm - 200iu's of HCG(doesnt matter when you inject as long as its around the same time everyday)
2pm - 1 Apple
5pm - Small chicken salad (chicken, half an egg, 1 tomatoe, small bit of red onion and lettuce)
8pm - 1 slice of dry brown bread
11pm - 1 Apple
I do feel as if i'm a tad hungry when finished most meals but leave it a few minutes and i feel all good again.
The key is to keep telling yourself ''my energy demands ARE being met''
Drink plenty of water.
I know very seasoned bodybuilders that use this.
Please note: This only gets rid of abnormal fat(if your over fat), it wount touch essential fats and structural fat so it's no good for a contest prep diet!!
Remember that you cant do any type of training at all on this diet!! _________________ My ''NEW'' forum:

I know I can't train but can I still walk in the evenings? And yes I have some abnormal fat I'm trying to cut. Will the HCG curb your hunger? you said leave the hunger be and it will subside. |

How long will you be walking and at what intensity will it be?
The hunger will not be an issue mate, you just need to understand that the sensations in your stomach isnt hunger, it's just an empty stomach.
Your energy demands ARE being met, i promise!! _________________ My ''NEW'' forum:
