Is there any thing I can do as far as lat workouts go using only DB. I have a Bowflex Select Tech so I only work out with DB. |

Oh yeah dude db rows heavy build thick lats. I suppose you could also do db pullovers too but at an incline which I do uses way more chest so lay down on a flat bench and do it and it will work more back. That is pretty much it as far as db usage for lats. However you should get a barbell so you can do t bar rows and bb bent over rows. Oh and never ever neglect doing all different grips of pullups, major lat developer. |

OH most def. I try to use diff. grips. And I guess pull uos would work my lats. Forgot about that. I have a curl bar but I need more weights for it. |

Actually a curl bar would work too, just do a bit wider then shoulder width for bb bent over rows.. |

i know this is an old post but try 2 armed db rows too.you can vary the grip and get a better contraction then using only one db.just added them to my routine again after a few years of not doing them and it's def made a huge difference in a short amount of time. |
