hahaha WoW Nowler... Yea I do remember that back double bi! lol... thanks for the compliment. Yea I went fromr 213lb winter bulk with about 14%.. I cutt myself down to 188-190 with 7%. |

Thats some pretty good progress man, keep it up.
I would like to be that lean, im sittin on 17% and im jumping on my Blast and Cruise cycle in a few weeks so i'll be more than 20% by the time im finished but i'll be big!!!

Hey long time Mr. B... Great job though very nice cut down. Muscles still looking full and you got the abs back. I suppose I should start tanning so I can get darker, it just shows everything so well.. |
