HOW do i get a BIG ASS neck like these guys..as of right now i do the 4-way neck..5 sets on each side every otherday..any advice

Ahh hahaha that is funny. Jeez that dude has no jaw line whatsoever. Just pow neck then ears. I would not want to have a neck like that.

of course i knw i wont get my neck like these guys..but i still want an above avg neck....thats the onlyh reason why i even take steroids..to build my beck..i can care less about anything else

Im not sure of any other neck exercises, just keep going with the one your doing.
