HOW do i get a BIG ASS neck like these guys..as of right now i do the 4-way neck..5 sets on each side every otherday..any advice

I honestly think that getting a big thick neck like that is mostly genetics but I know there are exercises to build up muscles in your neck. I just cannot remember what.

College wrestlers have to use their heads for leverage quite often maybe this prolonged extreme use of their head through their neck muscles accounts for their bulk in the neck?

I used to have a weight(dumbbell) in one hand and bent my neck and held it for like 15sec, and of course switched off. I did 5 reps on each side 3 sets and 2 times a week.

I know this is old but some may want the info.
I used to wrestle myself, some of the mat exercises aid in strengthening your neck. Bridging forward and backward. Forward - hands behind your back like being arrested, forhead on mat... ass in the air... feet on the mat. Like an upside down V. Now back and forth movements with your head, like rolling from forhead to back of head. Do until neck is tired. Then when done with forward bridge push off with your feet to flip over to the backward bridge and then back and forth again. This helps drastically.
Some gyms also have a head harness that you can attach weights to and roll your neck.
