I'm using this picture as a 'Before' picture so I have something to compare myself to. I lost around 30lbs between may and august so far, and I'm still going!
Age: 18
BF% : 16
Weight: 210
height: 6'1"
I work out 2-3 times a week (when school and work allows)
day 1: 10 minute cardio before and post workout
Biceps
Traps
Shoulders
Day 2: 15 minute cardio post workout
Chest
Abs
Day 3: 15 minute cardio Before and post workout
Calves
Thighs
I haven't used any supplements thus far but have been thinking of starting to take some sort of Protein shot. Any suggestions on supplements would be great.
Also, my diet isn't perfect because I cheat a lot. (probably why I haven't lost more weight) Once I can stick to a better diet I think ill be doing better. |

Man if I was in your shoes I'd stop dieting and do a clean bulk. If your 210 @ 18 yrs old with what looks more like 18-20% (sorry just saying) I would say screw trying to be lean right now... You would look too skinny.
Try to get 6 solid meals in on a 35/45/20 for your calories and keep it all clean. Your test levels are flying high, your metabolism has a chance to explode, and you need to throw the weights in the gym around 5-6 days per wk!!!! _________________ ACE, ACSM, NSCA, NASM, IFPA, ISSA - CPT

Yeah I agree strongly. Just hitting the weights heavy and doing cardio with it but also with a clean diet, you will shed body fat and build lean muscle and instead of looking too skinny, you will look pretty good all while shedding fat. You really don't look bad anyways just need to bulk up. |

I agree.. I cut from 220 10% down to where I am now and I am pretty thin here.. Border line from being a stick lol.. Well maybe not that bad.. But I couldn't imagine cutting from 15 - 16 at 210.. Your going to be like 180 or 175 by the time you see abs at like 9 - 10%... To get ripped your going to be like 150 - 165 lol.. Like a twig! Just keep working out your a complete newbie. Clean bulk for the next 2 years then maybe consider cutting if you manage to gain 10 - 20 more lbs of solid muscle. even then your first cut is going to be a bitch. Plan on spending at least 3 - 5 years before you get to a decent size and are moderately ripped.. Unless you have some kind of previous training "muscle memory" |
