Hey, I was looking through some nutritional facts:
Apparently, one egg (58g) has only 6.5 grams protein....that was much much lower than expected...yikes.
But the thing that worried me was the amount of cholesterol: according to :
www.nutritiondata.com/facts/dairy-and-egg-products/117/2
one portion of eggs has almost 200% of your daily cholesterol needs....
so I'm guessing that I should probably separate out the egg yolk from whites and jsut eat it like that?
Hm, my weight being 150lbs, I'm toild I should eat from 150g -250g of protein a day. So I'm guessing that I'm gonna get a lot of help from protein supplements. Which leads me to the question, how many protein shake servings is a safe limit? |

You should try to get most of your daily protein from whole food, and then supplement the protein shakes. _________________ Everything has a weakness, so if you keep attacking it's strength's, it will be completely weak. Sun Tzu-The Art of War |
