I'm a firm believer in this diet. Lowering carb levels to the point of complete carb depeletion and forcing fat as your main energy source is the name of the game. Sure, you'll be flatter looking than normal, you'll feel as if your getting sick every so often, and you have morning breath through out the day... but if you can make it past the few side effects of staying on a keytone diet you will drop weight immensely. I've already concluded that I will be following straight ketosis next cut season for a show. And for anyone who is interested in what that will look like...
5 meals a day I will choose from:
5 egg whites amd 4 Omega-3 Eggs
50g Whey and 1.5 Tbsp of Natural PB in Water
Or
6oz Chicken Breast with 1oz Almonds
The last meal will be 8oz Eye of Round with 1 cup green beans

It doesnt work for everyone, if your interested in this diet I would look into Dave Palumbo's work. He does incredible things with this diet. |

This seems to be a really good diet!!
I know many that have had good success with it but know a 1 guy in particular that had his cholestrol sky rocket from it, says he'll never try it again.
But that one person, 90% of the feed back i've heard is all good.
I'm testing out the HCG diet atm, i have a thread below that i'll up date, im on day 2 of the diet injecting 200iu's IM per day, eating badly untill day 4 then thats when i'm supposed to drop caloric intake to 500kcals per day. _________________ M.P.C Sports Specialist(Sports Hypnotist), N.C.E.F Gym Instructor, Lifeguard, Assistant Swim Teacher, 1st Aider.
