my new ab routine looks like this for week 1.
Weighted hanging knee raises-3-10
decline cable crunch-3-10
cable twist-3-10
weighted crunch-3-10
i did it after my workout yesterday and do not feel sore today. can i do this after all my workout days?

First off, you need to rest... 15 minutes straight is not a good idea. And mi it up, do non weighted routines one day then weights the next. 3 times a week bro! _________________ ACE, ACSM, NSCA, NASM, IFPA, ISSA - CPT

Try starting your ab workout with front and side planks. You could work your abs 4 times a week. Also do some V ups and Bicycle Crunches if you still have any energy left after your ab workout. |
