The Lat Spread was last Saturday. The akward abs shot with the funny left pec was yesterday. I Dropped 4 lbs last week (208-204) and 5 lbs this week giving me not one.. but TWO cheat meals today. Ive had one and feel like shit.... get to do it all over again tonight with some chinse.

Not sure. After this show, depending on how I feel and turn out, I may stay lean for another one two weeks farther down the road that's being put on by the same orginization. If not that, clean bulk through next may, run a few cycles possibly depending on income, and prep for the state show in august 2010.

Not sure. Haven't done a skinfold lately.

I'd say 7-8% for a guesstimation. The top of my bellybutton is starting to poke out which leads me to believe that. I'm still carrying a little fat on my hamstrings, but I don't expect that to shed until the last week (lots and lots of prepartation H is goin to be needed!!!)

But vascularity on the calves, quads, and all through the abs are starting to become more visible on a nearly daily bases.

Definitly stay lean mate and enter the following one, get as much experiance as you can on competing.

Can't wait to see you at 5% or lower! You only have 5 weeks though... so your doing a show as a light heavy? Pretty tall... You are getting a pretty dope shape going on though.

I say I'm 6'0" but I'm more on the line of 5'11"... Maybe even 5'10.75".

And I'm 3 1/2 wks out now. Its an all natural show so feel confident goin in as a lightheavy.

And for my tan... I've been building a base slowly. The last week ill tan everyday. They're offerin pro spray tans so I was thinkin I would coat friday, and saturday load up with good old jantanna!!!

All 3 actually! I started cutting 20 weeks out with a pretty simple diet and started adding moderate (65% MHR) cardio and icreased by 5 minutes a wk. Once I got to an hour of cardio per day (which was about 10 wks out) I met with a dietician that a friend of mine trust with their life when it comes to prepping, and he had me switched to a carb cycle diet and 30 min. of intervals and 15 min. of moderate a day. After a few weeks of experimenting, the diet was altered slightly and I'm now up to 30 of intervals and 45 of moderate 5 days a week, and 75 min moderate the other two days per week.

Cool, looks like your doing pretty good then so.
What bf% are you aiming for on contest day? 5-4?

When you say intervals, what way are you doing them, like HIIT? medium pace for 1min and flat out for 20-30 seconds for the 30mins?

What do you use for fat loss athlete?
Do you use t3,clen or an over the counter fatloss product?

I think he is more of a meso / ecto I wouldn't be suprised if it's just a natural cut. He might look like a monster at 3% also. Really all depends, can't wait to see it. I got a friend who did a show at 197 high end light heavy. He cut from 250, came in at around 4% BF. Looked pretty damn good! I have never seen anyone with 18 inch arms at only 197lbs at 6ft before except him.


Seriously though put up some more pictures in like 3 more weeks!! So your going down to what 191 - 193? you probably be around 5% or so.

I had run hydroxy for awhile for a thermogenic, but the past 8 weeks have been all cardio and diet for fat loss.

Its an all natural show, so the weight classes are a little smaller. light heavy class ranges from 177-189.25 lbs so ill fall in that range after depleteing water.

I'd love some good stuff to run for my diuretic, but can only by over the counter... I'm probably gonna go with taraxatone since that's all I hear about from BB's at the gym, but I may also go w/o and start cutting water 12 days out (3 gal, 1.5 gal, etc.) but not sure yet.

And man, I can tell the bf is getting low, the second half of cardio I do at night and the dizzy/not completely there feeling is catching up to me and making the ability to keep the hour 120-130 bpm a living hell!!!

Have you thought about twisting the over the counter rule mate, you could get something thats over the counter in other countries Wink just a thought.
I never heard of taraxatone, i'll read up on it in a while.
Will you drink a 3/4 of a bottle of wine b4 bed the night b4 and then the last glass with breakfast the day of the comp to dry you out big time?


I bet you are feeling it matey, how many carbs are you consuming most of the week?

Haha loopholes! But nah, ill have to pass a urine test and a polygraph test so I don't wanna chance it.

And no more high carb days during the week. So 4 days a week I get 100ish carbs from 1 cup (raw) oatmeal and a 8 oz sweet potato plus the misc. of veggies and eggs. And the other three days I'm only getting the misc. carbs.

It goes

Mon-mid
Tue-low
Wed-mid
Thur-mid
Fri-low
Sat-low (weigh in for the week)
