Cheers guys. Yeah i'm still bulking. I reckon at 6,2, I should be weighing around 220 and then cut down to 205 with low body fat.
Funnily enough, i've neglected doing the flat bench and replaced it with the upper body squat known as Dips. Though I still do inclined dumbell presses.
I've also been concentrating on my lower body a lot more than I used to. In fact, I pay more intention to my squats and deadlifts than I do with anything else, and it's improved my upper body as well as lower bit. The big three have been squat, dips and deadlifts. I can't emphize how these compound movements helped me.
Oh, and I also read some advice on pull ups - I could barely do 2 several months ago and now I can do 8- 10 with strict form. They helped big time with thickening and widening my lats.
And I hardly drink milk anymore. Just Whey Protein for me and lots of fish and chicken

I really wish you could shrink the pictures down more. Not too bad.. I am sitting at 220 12% right now my self.. I am almost your height. Really don't start getting that massy look unless your waist is 32 inches or below at 220.. 230 - 240 is a decent weight for 6'2 though.
You know honestly have you ever looked up jammerjay? The dude on bodybuilding.com.. looks pretty dope at 6'2 190 - 195lbs. But he is sitting at around 5% BF and has 17 inch bi's even at that weight. 17's ripped look pretty dope. I got 17 1/4 right now.. But they are all puffy looking.. My face is puffy too
Pretty good progress man, It's not like you have trained that long anyways..

IMO Benny, you should shoot for the stars on this bulk. Your in your prime with free test running around. I'd shoot for 240... hell 260 if you can. And then cut back to 220-225. _________________ ACE, ACSM, NSCA, NASM, IFPA, ISSA - CPT

Yeah checked him out, he does look really good. I'm purely concentrating on mass building for now though, especially the lower half.
