heres my pics before the cycle...i havnt started my cylce yet..
my bench has gone up from 105 lbs to 136 lbs
im still bulking and ive gained some mass with extreme xxl
i will keep updating this

i was lookin at some size on will that help me bulk up
i eat shit loads of food and i was on creatine but i dont take it no more
im kinda low on cash right now so im tryin to cope with wat ive got

For all the people talking shit about my plan.......3 years ago I was 6'4" and 187 pounds(thats skinny), today I am 248 pounds, so, the only thing I can tell you is to try it for yourself!!!!!!!
Here's what i did.......after my first bottle was empty, I bought another, after that one was empty, I took a 2 week break with only protein (and megaman sport ofcourse), then I repeated it, but with MRI's NO2 and T-BOMB!!!!(I have gained 51 (LEAN) pounds in less then 3 years).
This is one of Mr. Universe, Lee Haney's methods(only with his products)
